Back to Basics Class for new blokes

Ideal for those new to yoga and wanting to give it a try

This class is a great intro to yoga in an environment where you will feel comfortable and supported and are invited to move at a pace that is comfortable to you. It is recommended to any guys new to yoga

Dynamic Movement(Flow Yoga)

A strong, movement based class to strengthen, lengthen and energize the body. Physical poses (asana) to strengthen, tone and stretch the body, breath work to calm and soothe the nervous system.

There is a lot of movement and strength in this class and it can be aerobic. Prepare for a real sweat and a work out.

This class is suitable for all levels, and you are encouraged to work at your own level of intensity.

My class is done in a safe and friendly environment, and I will make sure you are learning as you go, giving you options that are suitable for your body and your energy levels!

Flow and Deep Stretch (Vin Yin)

This class is a great mix of the dynamic and the meditative.

Movement and strength for the first half of the class followed by slow deep stretching designed to open up the tendons, ligaments and fascia. A great and balanced mix of strength, power and peace.

Deep Stretch - (Yin Yoga)

Access to Video Library. 30 + classes

This is a deeply relaxing and yet at times challenging practice! It is floor based, with long passive holds which work on the connective tissue and fascia helping us to release tension held in the physical body which we can’t always get to with our more energetic yoga practices.  By giving ourselves time and space to slow down we can release both physical and mental tension helping to create a more spacious mind and body.

If you’d like to feel calmer in mind and body and like a slower more gentle class this is for you!
